Garbage Collection Reminders

The Public Works team will be issuing notices to properties that are not in compliance with the Regulation, Collection, Disposal, and Recycling Bylaw.

Please note that carts cannot be collected if:

• The cart is damaged

• The cart is overfilled or the lid cannot fully close

• The lid opening is not facing the roadway

• Garbage is not placed at the end of the driveway before 8:00 a.m.

• The cart is too heavy

• The cart contains prohibited items

• There is excess waste beside the cart or on the ground

• The cart does not have clear and easy access
