Exciting improvements are coming to Woodland & Willow Streets!

The Village of Telkwa is pleased to share that Terus Construction will soon begin the Woodland & Willow Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project — an important infrastructure upgrade that will improve safety, accessibility, drainage, and overall road quality for residents and visitors alike.


Project highlights include:

• Improved drainage and access around Woodland Park, the outdoor rink, playground, and BC Transit stop

• Rehabilitation and paving of Woodland and Willow Streets

• Smoother, safer driving and walking surfaces for the community

• Long-term infrastructure improvements that support our growing neighborhoods


Construction will take place in phases over the coming weeks, with crews working Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Access to homes, driveways, and bus routes will be maintained throughout the project as much as possible.
